1.Raagi flour 1 cup
2.Urad dal 1 cup soaked for 2 hrs and grinded
3.Rice 1 cup soaked for 2 hrs and grinded
4.Jaggery 1 cup
5.Coconut powder 1 cup
6.Oil for deep frying
7.Ghee 2 tbsp
8.Sugar powder 2 tbsp
9.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
10.Salt a pinch


1.In a pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and fry ragi flour for a minute and transfer into a bowl.
2.In an another pan pour 1 cup water,jaggery and bring it to boil.Prepare jaggery syrup.
3.Add grated coconut powder to raagi flour,cardamom powder and mix well.
4.Add jaggery syrup to the raagi flour and prepare round balls.
5.Take another pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
6.Now dip round balls into already prepared rice and urad dal batter and deep fry the balls.
7.Serve hot..!!!
