Phool Makhani Kaju Curry


1.Phool Makhani 1 cup fried
2.Onions chopped 1 cup
3.Tomatoes 2
4.Coconut milk 1 cup
5.Soaked cashew nuts 1/2 cup
6.Coriander leaves
7.Tempering seeds
8.Ginger 1 inch piece
9.Garlic cloves 6
10.Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
11.Green chillies 3
12.Gasagasalu 1 tbsp
13.Garam masala
14.Turmeric powder a pinch
15.Salt to taste
16.Red chilli powder
17.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add onions saute for few minutes.
3.For Gravy: We need to grind onions,green chillies,ginger garlic,cashew nuts,garam masala,coconut sliced/coconut milk.
4.Add this paste into the mixture and give it a good mix.
5.Cook for 2-3 minutes.Add coconut milk for gravy consistency,red chilli powder and give it  mix.
6.Cover and cook for few minutes.
7.Add fried phool makhani,cashew nuts and give it a mix.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!!
