Beerakaya Cutlet

Beerakaya Cutlet


1.Beerakaya (Ridge gourd) grated 1 cup
2.Potatoes boiled and mashed 1/2 cup
3.Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
4.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
7.Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.Add garlic cloves and saute.
2.Add carrot grated,beerakay grated and cook until water evaporates from vegetables.
3.Add salt,pepper powder and give it a mix.
4.Transfer the mixture into a plate,add potatoes mashed mix well evenly.
5.Add bread crumbs to bind the cutlets.
6.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
7.Take small portion of mixture in your palms and prepare desired shapes of cutlets.Coat the cutlets with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
8.Transfer into a plate and serve [email protected][email protected]
