Alasandala Vadalu


1.Alasandalu soaked and roughly grinded 1 cup
2.Onion chopped 1 cup
3.Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
4.Green chillies
5.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Besan flour 1/2 cup
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Salt to taste


1.Heat a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add alasandalu mixture,green chillies,chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,salt,coriander leaves,curry leaves,besan flour and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.After mixing well,take small portion of dough in your palms and prepare vadas.
4.Gently drop the vadas in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot..!!!
