Dahi Upma


1.Sour curd 1 cup
2.Cooked biyyam ravva 1 cup
3.Green chillies 3
4.Cashew nuts
5.Ginger 1 inch
6.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,cashew nuts,ginger chopped,curd,coriander leaves mix well and bring it to boil.
3.Add cooked rice ravva (biyyam ravva) to the curd mixture and keep stirring without forming any lumps.
4.Cook for few minutes until its done.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
