Kobbari Dosa


1.Coconut grated 1 cup
2.Rice 1 cup
3.Carrot grated
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Ginger chopped
6.Green chillies 2
7.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
8.Cooking soda a pinch
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Firstly soak the rice for 2 hrs and grind into a smooth batter.
2.Transfer into a bowl,add coconut powder,green chilli paste,carrot grated,onions,cumin seeds,salt,cooking soda and give it good mix.
3.Take a pan heat it,pour some oil.
4.Scoop some batter and spread on pan evenly depending upon the size of tawa.
5.Cover and cook for 2 minutes till dosa is done.
6.Turn the dosa and cook well,sprinkle some ginger chopped,coconut grated,carrot grated,coriander leaves and serve hot with ginger pickle.
