1.Rice flour 3 cups
2.Roasted Green gram dal (Pottu pesarapappu) 1 cup pesarapindi
3.Sugar powder 1/4 cup
4.Butter 2 tbsp
5.Milk 1/4 cup
6.Oil for deep frying


1.In a bowl add 3 cups of rice flour,1 cup pesara pindi,butter,milk,water nd mix into a smooth fine dough.
2.In a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Take a sev presser and attach star disc,insert small portion of dough in presser and slowly press into hot oil.
4.Deep fry till light golden colour,transfer into a plate and sprinkle some sugar powder on top.Serve it..!!!
