1.Lady finger chopped 1 cup
2.Potato 1 boiled
3.Onion chopped 1
4.Green chillies 2
5.Peanuts 2 tbsp
6.Green peas 1/4 cup
7.Corn flour 1 tbsp
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Wheat flour 1 cup
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Add chopped lady finger 1 cup and deep fry till light golden brown.
3.On another pan pour some oil,add peanuts and fry till golden,green chillies,salt,potato and green peas boiled and mashed and mix well.Add fried lady finger into the mixture and give it a mix.
4.Add chopped onions,curry leaves,coriander leaves and saute.
5.Prepare chapathi dough by adding 1 tbsp corn flour,oil.
6.Heat a pan pour oil for deep frying.
7.Roll out into a chapathi and cut into semi oval shapes and roll it by bringing the edges together.
8.Stuff the Potato mixture into the cone. Apply water around the top edge and seal it.
9.Deep fry until golden.Serve hot..!!
