Creamy Capsicum Paneer Curry


1.Capsicum 4
2.Fresh cream 3 tbsp
3.Paneer 300 gms
4.Tomato puree 1 cup
5.Butter 50 gms
6.Ginger small piece
7.Garlic cloves 6
8.Onions 3
9.Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
10.Whole garam masala
11.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
12.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
13.Dry red chillies 6
14.Salt to taste
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan add 1 tbsp butter,melt it.
2.Add whole garam masala.onion paste (Onions,coriander powder,dry red chillies,ginger garlic).
3.Saute the mixture till it oozes out water,till its done.
4.On another stove take a pan pour oil for deep frying.Add paneer to hot oil,deep fry till light golden colour.Transfer into a small bowl.
5.In the same pan shallow fry the capsicum for 2 minutes,transfer into a bowl.
6.And on another pan add cashew nut paste and mix well,add tomato puree,salt to taste cook until its done.
7.Add fresh cream,garam masala powder and saute till the oil floats on top.
8.Finally add fried capsicum,paneer and mix well and add some water.
9.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
10.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot..!!!
