Mokkajonna Soup


1.Corn Kernels paste 1 cup
2.Corn flour 1 tbsp
3.Corn kernels boiled
4.Salt to taste
5.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
6.Sugar 1/2 tbsp
7.Garlic cloves chopped finely 1/2 tbsp
8.Butter 1 tbsp
9.Bay leaf 1
10.Fresh cream


1.Take a pan add some butter,melt it.
2.Add bay leaf,garlic cloves finely chopped and saute.
3.Add some water as we needed for soup consistency.Bring it to boil
4.Add corn paste and mix well.Filter this mixture into another bowl.
5.Add salt,pepper powder,sugar and bring it to boil.
6.Take small bowl add corn flour,water prepare thick paste without forming any lumps.
7.Add corn flour paste to the soup and keep stirring.
8.Boil on medium flame till attains thick consistency.Add corn kernels,fresh cream and serve hot..!!!
