1.Urad dal 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/4 cup
3.Toor dal 1/4 cup
4.Alasandalu 1/4 cup
5.Chana dal 1/4 cup
6.Green peas 1/4 cup
7.Onion chopped 1 cup
8.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9.Thotakoora 1 cup
10.Green chillies 4
11.Ginger small piece
12.Salt to taste
13.Red chilli powder
14.Coriander leaves
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Firstly soak all 5 pulses(Chana dal,alasandalu,moong dal,toor dal,urad dal) for 4 hrs and grind them into a smooth paste with salt.
2.Take a pan pour oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Add cumin seeds,green chillies,ginger chopped,thotakoora leaves,coriander leaves,roughly mashed green peas,onion chopped mix all the ingredients evenly.
3.Take a plastic cover and grease some oil,prepare round balls and press them like small vadas.
4.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
