Corn Idly


1.Sweet Corn 1 cup
2.Green chillies
3.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Idly batter 2 cups


1.Grind green chillies,cumin seeds,salt,sweet corn into a smooth paste.
2.In a bowl add idly batter,corn paste and mix well evenly.
3.Take idly pressure pan pour some water,steam it for few minutes.
4.Grease 1 tbsp ghee to idly moulds/plates.Add scoop of batter to moulds and keep in idly cooker on stove.
5.Cook for about 5 minutes.Afterwards open the lid and see whether idlies are fully cooked if not cook for few more minutes.
6.Gently take out the idlies with the help of spoon and serve hot with chutney...!!!
