Gobi Pesarapappu Curry


1.Cauliflower boiled 2 cups
2.Moong dal soaked 1 cup
3.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
4.Green chillies cut and slitted
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder a pinch
7.Coconut powder 1/4 cup
8.Curry leaves
9.Oil 2 tbsp
10.Coriander leaves
11.Mustard seeds
12.Cumin seeds


1.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,ginger chopped and saute.
3.Add green chillies,curry leaves,moong dal soaked and mix well.
4.Add turmeric powder,salt and saute,add boiled cauliflower,coconut powder and mix well.
5.Cook for few minutes and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves..!!
