Ginger Corn Parata


1.Ginger chopped
2.Green chillies chopped
3.Salt to taste
4.Sweet corn 1 cup
5.Wheat flour
6.Coriander leaves chopped
7.Salt to taste


1.Roughly grind sweet corn,ginger chopped,green chillies,salt.
2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl,add wheat flour,salt,coriander leaves and mix well.Add water and prepare a soft dough.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions.
4.Heat a pan,roll the paratas and place them on hot tawa.Cook on one side by applying ghee,flip on other side cook evenly and serve hot..with chutney or pickle.
