3.Coriander leaves
4.Pudina leaves
5.Besan flour
6.Tempering seeds
9.Green chillies
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder
12.Coriander powder


1.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
2.Deep fry the potatoes till brown colour,transfer into a bowl.
3.Take another pan,add some oil.Add tempering seeds,dry red chillies,green chilly paste(coriander seeds,green chillies) saute.
4.Add chopped ginger,coriander leaves,pudina,cashew nuts and cook for few minutes.
5.Add chopped tomatoes,little amount of water and bring it to boil.
6.Add turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
7.Add curd,besan flour in a bowl and prepare a paste.Add this mixture into it and keep stirring.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.Add fried potatoes,ginger powder and saute well.
8.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot with chapathis/puris.
