1.Jowar flour 1 cup
2.Putnalu powder (Roasted chana dal) 1/2 cup
3.Rice flour 1 cup
4.Raagi flour 1/2 cup
5.Besan flour 3 tbsp
7.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add some water,bring it to boil.
2.Mix all types of flours above said in a bowl and add hot water,mix well.
3.Prepare a stiff dough by adding cold water in between,take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.On another stove take a bowl add water,sugar.Prepare sugar syrup.
5.Take a sev maker place the dough in it and slowly drop them in hot oil in a circular motion.
6.Deep fry till golden brown,add this fried murukulu in sugar syrup and rest them for about 10 minutes.
7.Remove immediately into a plate and serve..!!
