1.Yellow cucumber cut and sliced finely
2.Cabbage chopped
3.Potatoes boiled
4.Besan flour
5.Onion chopped
6.Thotakoora kadalu
7.Coriander leaves
8.Cumin seeds
9.Sesame seeds
10.Corn flour
11.Rice flour
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Cooking soda
14.Salt to taste
15.Green chillies
16.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add besan flour,cooking soda,salt,dosakaya sliced finely,cabbage chopped,onion,potatoes,thotakoora kadalu,sesame seeds,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,green chillies,rice flour,corn flour mix well the ingredients evenly by adding some water as we needed.
2.Add coriander leaves,take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
3.Slowly drop the batter into the hot oil like bajjis and deep fry.
4.Deep fry till golden colour by turning on both the sides.Drain the excess oil and transfer into a plate and serve hot with green chutney..!!!
