1.Wheat flour
2.Salt to taste
3.Onion chopped
4.Coriander leaves
5.Tomatoes chopped
6.Green chillies
7.Lemon juice


1.Firstly prepare soft dough with wheat flour by adding water.
2.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into chapathis.
3.Cook on both sides,prepare egg batter(add salt),drizzle some oil in between.
4.Spread a spoon full of batter on chapathi and cook for 2 minutes.
5.Flip on other side and cook.Turn on to the omelet layer side and spread the vegetables mixture on omelet and sprinkle some lemon juice.
6.Cook for few minutes and roll the chapathi into a frankie...!!Serve hot.
