Multi Sprouts Gaarelu


1.Pesalu (Green gram)
2.Kandulu (Pigeon peas)
3.Chana dal
4.Ginger 1 inch
5.Green chillies
6.Onion chopped
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Grind all the sprouts,onions,green chillies,ginger chopped,curry leaves,coriander leaves roughly.
2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl,add some salt and give it a good mix.
3.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
4.On a flat surface place a plastic cover,take small amount of mixture and press into a thin layered gare(garelu).
5.Drop them into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.Drain the excess oil on paper napkin.Serve hot..!!
