1.Milk powder
2.Coconut grated
3.Cashew nuts


1.Soak milk powder in water for few minutes.
2.Meanwhile boil 2 cups of water,milk 1 cup in a pan,sugar 2 cups and boil till sugar melts.
3.Add coconut grated and mix well.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and give it a stir.
4.Now strain water from soaked milk powder in a separate bowl.Add this milk to the boiling mixture and keep stirring till it turns into a thick consistency.
5.Take a damp cloth and spread onto a flat surface or a plate,drop the mixture with help of spoon on cloth like small biscuits or we can spread the mixture evenly in a plate and cut them into small roundels or desired shapes.
6.Finally garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve after 15 min.
