1.Ponnagantiaaku (Water Amaranth leaves)
2.Moong dal soaked
3.Garlic cloves
4.Dry red chillies
5.Dry coconut powder
6.Cumin seeds
7.Onions chopped
8.Green chillies
9.Salt to taste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Pudina leaves


1.Take a pan dry roast the moong dal till light golden.
2.Transfer it into a plate.
3.In the same pan add oil,cumin seeds,dry red chillies,dry coconut,garlic cloves fry for few minutes.
4.Rest the mixture to cool and grind them roughly.
5.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.Add dry red chillies,curry leaves,cumin seeds,pudina,green chillies,chopped onions and saute.
6.Add turmeric powder and ponnagantikoora and mix well evenly.
7.Keep stirring,add salt,moong dal powder and give it a fine mix.Finally transfer the mixture into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
