2.Sweet kova
4.Cooking soda
6.Cashew nuts
9.Cardamom powder
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add grated paneer,sweet kova,maida,cooking soda mix well altogether and prepare a smooth dough.
2.Now prepare round balls by placing dry fruits in middle of the dumplings.
3.Prepare sugar syrup in a pan by adding water as we needed.
4.Take another pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
5.Slowly drop the dumplings in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown by turning the dumplings continuosly.
6.Now drain the excess oil and drop them in sugar syrup.Keep aside for about 10 minutes till jamoons get puffed up.Serve cold..!!!
