Soya Paratha


1.Soya granules
2.Salt to taste
3.Red chilli powder
4.Turmeric powder
6.Coriander leaves
7.Ginger garlic paste
9.Bombay Ravva
10.Lemon juice


1.Firstly soya granules are boiled in hot water,drain the water it becomes thick dough.
2.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.Add shajeera,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,pudina leaves,milk and saute well.
3.Add red chilli powder,soya granules,salt and mix well.Keep stirring continuously without sticking bottom of pan.
4.Off the stove and add lemon juice and give it a mix.Rest the mixture to cool.
5.Take a bowl add bombay flour,milk,water,salt and prepare a smooth dough.
6.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into chapathis and place the filling in middle and bring the edges all together and pinch.
7.Now roll them into chapathis by dusting some flour.
8.Take a pan drizzle some oil and cook the parathas.Serve hot..!!!
