Punjabi Aloo Fry


3.Corn flour
6.Red chilli powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Pepper corns
9.Turmeric powder
10.Green chillies
11.Coriander leaves
12.Curry leaves


1.Take a bowl add corn flour,maida,curd,ginger garlic paste,pepper powder,salt,red chilli powder,green chillies,turmeric powder and mix well by adding water prepare a thick consistency batter.
2.Add boiled potatoes to the batter and dip them,transfer the mixture into a separate plate(potatoes dipped). Rest the mixture for about 5 minutes.
3.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
4.Add potatoes into hot oil and deep fry till golden.
5.Take another pan pour some oil,heat it add curry leaves,green chillies,fried aloo and saute.Add coriander leaves and serve hot..!!!
