Protein Roti


1.Besan flour
2.Wheat flour
3.Soya flour
4.Coconut grated
5.Green chillies
7.Sprouts (Pesalu)
8.Spring onions
9.Pepper powder
10.Carrot grated
11.Salt to taste
13.Onion chopped


1.Take a pan dry roast the flours for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.
2.Add curd,salt and some water.Prepare soft dough.Rest the dough for 1/2 hour.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and stuff the dumplings with (green chillies,carrot grated,onions chopped,coconut grated,spring onions,pepper powder,salt).Mix well and prepare the stuff.
4.Roll them into a thin layer like a chapathi by dusting flour.Cook on both the sides by flipping the rotis.Serve hot..!!!
