1.Semiya boiled
2.Red chilli powder
3.Rice flour
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add boiled semiya,red chilli powder,rice flour,salt,vaamu,add little amount of hot oil.
2.Mix well all the ingredients evenly with water.
3.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
4.Take a sev presser grease the hollow part with oil.Place the semiya mixture in it and press them directly in hot oil.
5.Deep fry till golden colour by flipping the sides.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot..!!
