Keema Dahi Vada


1.Keema boiled
2.Onion chopped
3.Corn flour
5.Oil for deep frying
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Cumin seeds'
8.Garam masala powder
9.Besan flour
10.Salt to taste
11.Green chillies
12.Coriander leaves


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add boiled keema,onion chopped,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,salt,garam masala powder,besan flour,corn flour,curd,coriander leaves and mix well evenly.
3.If need we can add some curd for mixing.
4.Now prepare small vadas on your palms and slowly drop them in hot oil.
5.Deep fry till golden colur by turning on both the sides.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot..!!!
