Cauliflower Kadala Pachadi


1.Cauliflower kadalu
3.Mustard seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Urad dal
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Green chillies
9.Ginger and garlic
10.Cashew nuts
13.Salt to taste


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add green chillies,tomatoes,cashew nuts,chana dal,coriander leaves,peanuts,ginger and garlic,saute for few minutes.
2.Add cauliflower kadalu and fry for 10 minutes till tender.
3.Add some salt as required and fry for another few minutes,once done set aside to cool down the mixture..
4.Transfer into a mixer jar,add tamarind juice and blend into a fine paste.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,mustard,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal,cashew nuts,carrot chopped,garlic,coriander leaves,curry leaves and saute for few minutes.Transfer into chutney mixture and mix well evenly.Serve with rotis and rice.
