Cut Bajji Kurma


1.Green chillies (Bajji Mirchi)
2.Besan flour
3.Rice flour
4.Salt to taste
5.Turmeric powder
6.Tempering seeds
7.Badam/Cashew nuts
8.Coriander powder
9.Green chillies cut and slitted
10.Curry leaves
12.Coriander leaves
13.Coconut paste
14.Garam masala powder
15.Tomatoes chopped
16.Cooking soda
17.Onions chopped
18.Oil for deep frying
19.Red chilli powder
20.Ginger garlic paste


1.Cut and slit the green chillies and stuff the coconut powder(Urad dal,cumin seeds,salt,cocnut powder).Keep aside.
2.Take a bowl add besan flour,rice flour,salt,vaamu,cooking soda and mix well by adding water prepare a thick consistency batter.
3.Now dip the cut slitted mirchies in batter and deep fry till golden colour.Keep turning on both the sides till done.
4.Transfer the mirchies onto a paper napkin.Keep aside.
5.Take a pan pour some oil,heat it.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,onions saute till golde.
6.Add tomatoes,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder,coconut paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder.Cook for few minutes till done.
7.Add coriander powder,coriander leaves and some water as we needed.Bring it to thick consistency.
8.Cut the fried mirchies into halfs and add to the mixture.Cook for a minute and transfer into plate garnish with cashew nuts and badam.Serve hot..!!!
