6.Salt to taste
1.Grind soaked rice,coconut grated with some water together and prepare a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some ghee fry the cashew nuts till golden.
3.Add jaggery,some water cook till it melts on medium flame,Prepare jaggery syrup.
4.Add grinded coconut paste in it and mix well evenly.Cook till it attains thick consistency.
5.Grease a plate with some ghee all over,transfer the mixture onto the plate and spread all over the plate into a thin layer.Rest the mixture to cool.
6.Cut into desired shapes and garnish with cashew nuts.Serve immediately..!!!
