3.Chilli sauce
4.Tomato sauce
5.Corn flour
6.Salt to taste
7.Tasting salt
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Boil fish pieces and blend into a coarse paste,transfer into a bowl a deep bowl.
2.Add salt,tasting salt,ginger garlic paste,corn flour,chilli sauce and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Dip bread slices in water,place the fish mixture in middle and bind it well.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into a plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
