4.Garam masala powder
6.Ginger garlic paste
8.Red chilli powder
10.Dry red chillies
1.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying and heat it.
2.Take a bowl add besan flour,onion chopped,potatoes,ginger garlic paste,cooking soda,baking powder,salt and mix well all the ingredients with water as we needed.
3.Slowly drop the mixture into hot oil like pakodas and deep fry till golden colour.
4.Transfer onto a paper napkin and keep aside.
5.Take a bowl add besan flour,curd and some water,prepare a thick consistency batter.
6.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
7.Add cumin/mustard seeds,dry red chillies,curry leaves saute till they start spluttering.
8.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt in besan batter and mix well with some water.
9.Transfer the besan batter,pakodas into tempering mixture and mix well.Cook for few minutes and transfer into a bowl and serve hot with chapathis...!!!!!
