Cauliflower Junugula Vada


2.Besan flour
3.Rice flour
7.Green chillies
8.Garlic cloves
9.Coriander leaves
10.Curry leaves
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil for deep frying


1.Soak and boil junugulu for few minutes and blend into a coarse paste.
2.Transfer mixture into a deep bowl,add cauliflower,(green chilli,ginger,garlic,salt) coriander,curry leaves,onions,rice flour,besan flour and mix well all the ingredients evenly with out water if need we can add some water as required.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small vadas on your palms and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into paper napkin and serve hot.
