1.Urad dal
2.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.On other stove take a pan add melted jaggery,prepare jaggery syrup.
3.Take a sev presser stuff the urad dal batter and slowly press in hot oil in a circular motion.Repeat the same process.
4.Deep fry till light golden colour and transfer into jaggery syrup and rest for about 5 minutes till the syrup induces in it.
5.Now transfer the jaangri from syrup to a plate..serve!!!
