Kaccha Biryani


1.Basmati rice half boiled 1/2 kg with whole garam masala,green chillies,pudina,coriander leaves
3.Wheat flour
4.Coriander leaves
6.Fried onions
7.Lemon juice
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Salt to taste
10.Pudina leaves
11.Turmeric powder
12.Red chilli powder
14.Papaya grated
15.Whole garam masala


1.Take a bowl add 500 gms mutton,2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder 1 tbsp,2 tbsp red chilli powder,papaya grated 2 tbsp,whole garam masala 1/2 tbsp,curd,1 tbsp salt mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Rest the mixture aside for 2 hours.
3.Take a flat pan pour some dalda,ghee mixed and melt it.
4.Add whole garam masala and saute,nextly add marinated mutton.
5.Cover and cook for 2 minutes,add some pudina leaves,coriander leaves and mix well.
6.Now add the semi cooked rice on top of mutton and spread all over evenly into a layer.
7.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,fried onions.Take a soft dough and prepare a long dough from it to cover the edges of pan.
8.Now cover the edges with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
9.Off the stove and transfer the rice onto a plate and serve hot...yummy kaccha biryani...!!!
