Chana Kabab


1.Kabuli chana 1 cup soaked
2.Ginger chopped
3.Pepper corns
4.Dry red chillies
5.Salt to taste
6.Chana dal 1 cup soaked
7.Cinnamon stick
8.Pepper corns
10.Garlic cloves
11.Bread Powder


1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed and add soaked chana dal,chana dal mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.
2.Off the stove and drain the water.Rest the mixture to cool down.
3.Grind chana dal,kabuli chana,ginger chopped,cloves,5-8 dry red chillies,pepper corns,cinnamon stick,salt to taste,garlic cloves into a smooth paste.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Take small amount of dough in your palms and prepare small; vadas,coat them with bread powder and gently drop them in hot oil.
6.Deep fry till golden brown colour,by flipping on both sides.
7.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve [email protected][email protected]
