Oats Pesara Masala Dosa


2.Pesalu soaked for 2 hours
3.Ginger 1 tbsp
4.Green chillies 4-5
5.Garam masala powder
9.Coriander leaves


1.Soak some oats in a bowl with water.
2.Grind 1 cup pesalu,rice soaked,green chillies,ginger,salt into a smooth paste by adding some water.
3.Now add soaked oats.coriander leaves,garam masala powder in it and grind into a smooth batter.
4.Rest the batter aside for 1 hour.
5.Take a non stick tawa need not to drizzle oil.
6.Scoop some batter and pour on tawa in a circular motion.
7.Drizzle some oil on dosa,apply ullikaram on dosa.Cook for few minutes.
8.Now slowly remove the dosa on tawa and serve hot with peanut chutney...!!!!
