Atukula Cutlet


1.Atukulu 1 cup
2.Corn flour 3 tbsp
3.Soya sauce 1 tbsp
4.Potatoes boiled 1 cup
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
7.Salt to taste
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Coriander leaves


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add mashed potatoes,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,soya sauce,tomato sauce,salt and mix well evenly all the ingredients.
3.Finally add atukulu,coriander leaves and mix well with water as we needed.
4.Prepare a soft dough by adding little amount of oil.
5.Take small amount mixture in your palms and prepare small thin layered cutlets.
6.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.Keep turning the cutlets and fry till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot..!!!
