1.Urad dal soaked 1/2 cup
2.Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
3.Oil for deep frying
4.Chana dal soaked 1 cup
5.Moong dal soaked 1 cup
6.Coriander leaves
7.Curry leaves
8.Peanuts roasted nad roughly grinded
9.Sal to taste
10.Rice flour 2 cups


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add rice flour,chana dal,urad dal,moong dal,red chilli powder,salt,coriander leaves finely chopped,curry leaves,oil 1 tbsp and mix well by adding some water as we needed.
3.Prepare a soft dough,divide the dough into small equal portions.
4.Now press the small dumpling into a thin layered chapathi and gently drop them into hot oil,deep fry.
5.Deep fry on both the sides till they change in golden colour.Transfer onto a plate and serve hot..!!!
