Chicken Roll Curry


1.Chicken boneless
3.Garam masala powder
4.Ginger chopped
5.Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Lemon juice
8.Paneer grated
10.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
11.Spinach chopped
12.Onion chopped 1/2 cup
13.Cashew nut paste
15.Red chilli powder 2 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add boneless chicken,salt,ginger chopped,lemon juice and set aside for 15 minutes.
2.Take a plate and place a wet cotton cloth,place the chicken in the cloth and sprinkle some spinach chopped,panner grated and tie the edges with threads tightly.
3.Take a pan pour some water as we needed and bring it to boil.
4.Now place the tied chicken cloths in the water,cover and cook for few minutes till done.
5.Take another pan ppour some oil and heat it.
6.Add onion chopped and saute.
7.Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and give it a mix.
8.Add cashew nut paste,salt to taste and cook for few minutes.Add some water as we needed and bring it to boil.
9.Add pepper powder and give it a mix,cover and cook.
10.Finally remove the tied chicken from the cloth and cut into pieces.Add the pieces in gravy mixture,some garam masala powder,coriander leaves and transfer the mixture into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..!!!
