Rajma Vada


1.Capsicum chopped
2.Rajma paste
3.Besan flour
4.Chana dal (Senagalu)
5.Beans choppped
8.Baking soda
9.Onion chopped
10.Green chillies
11.Garam masala powder
12.Ginger chopped
13.Coriander leaves
14.Curry leaves
15.Salt to taste
16.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add equal quantities of pastes (Chana dal,Peasalu.Rajma) 2 tbsp,salt,3 tbsp besan flour,1/2 cup onions chopped,curry leaves finely chopped,beans 1/2 cup,2 tbsp capsicum chopped,green chillies 2 tbsp,coriander leaves 2 tbsp,bakin soda 1/2 tbsp,ajinomoto,ginger chopped 1 tbsp,garam masala powder 1 tbsp.
2Mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Take a plastic cover,grease some oil and take small amount of mixture on it,prepare small thin layered vada.
5.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour,transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil.Serve hot..!!!
