Methi Chapathi Fry


1.Wheat flour
2.Red chilli powder
3.Urad dal
4.Fenugreek leaves
5.Salt to taste
6.Senaga ginjala powder
7.Cumin seeds
8.Mustard seeds
9.Dry red chillies
10.Garlic cloves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds 1 tbsp,mustard seeds,urad dal 1 tbsp,dry red chilly 1,curry leaves,garlic cloves 4,fenugreek leaves 1 cup and saute for few minutes.
3.Prepare a soft and smooth dough with wheat flour,prepare chapathis.
4.Add red chillies,salt and saute,now add chapathi pieces and mix well.
5.Add little amount of water and give it a mix.Add senaga ginjala podi,coriander leaves,lemon juice and give it a stir.Serve hot..!!!
