Seethal Chicken Masala


2.Salt to taste
3.Red chilli powder
4.Garam masala powder
6.Green chilli paste
7.Coriander leaves
8.Tomato puree
11.White pepper powder
13.Cashew nut paste
14.Ginger garlic paste
15.Onion chopped


1.Take a bowl add chicken,salt,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,white pepper powder 1tbsp,1 cup curd mix well evenly.
2.Refrigerate the mixture for about 6 hours,oven cook on 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
3.Take a pan add butter and melt it.
4.Add onion chopped,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,1 cup milk,1 cup curd.Bring it to boil for 2 minutes.Cover and boil.
5.Add 1 cup cashew nut paste,coriander leaves,1/2 cup tomato puree,1 tbsp green chilli paste,garam masala powder 1 tbsp and mix well evenly.
6.Add 1/2 cup cream,salt and give it a mix.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.Finally add coriander leaves.Serve hot...!!!!
