1.Besan flour
4.Red chilli powder
6.Tempering seeds
7.Garam masala powder
8.Pepper powder
9.Coriander powder
10.Oil for deep frying
11.Cumin powder


a bowl add besan flour,1/2 tbsp red chilli powder,vaamu 1/2 tbsp,cumin
powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2
tbsp,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly with water,prepare a
soft dough.
2.Heart sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Grease some oil in your palms and take small portion of pakoda mixture,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.Fry till golden colour,transfer onto a paper napkin.
4.Take another bowl add curd,2 tbsp besan flour,salt,red chilli powder,sugar and mix well.
5.Take another pan pour 1 1/2tbsp oil and heat it.
2 tbsp tempering seeds saute till they change into golden brown
colour,transfer the tempering mixture into curd and give it a fine
mix.Finally add fried bajjis in curd.Serve cold...!!!!
