Pesarattu Curry

Pesarattu Curry


1.Pesara batter (add cumin seeeds and salt)
2.Pesara pieces (prepare like chapathi and cut into pieces)
3.Red chilli powder
4.Tamarind juice
5.Coriander leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Curry leaves
8.Cumin seeds
9.Ginger chopped
10.Onion chopped
11.Mustard seeds
12.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and saute,add onion chopped 1 cup,1 tbsp ginger chopped,1 tbsp green chillies chopped,curry leaves,salt to taste.Cover and cook till tender.
3.Add 1/2 cup tamarind juice,some water,red chilli powder and bring it to boil.
4.Add pesara pieces in boiling mixture and give it a quick stir.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot..!!!
