3.Raw mango chopped
4.Salt to taste
5.Tempering seeds
6.Green chillies
7.Curry leaves


1.Fry the brinjal on the stove for few minutes.Keep aside and cool.
2.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it,add green chillies and saute.Keep aside in a plate.
3.In the same pan add 2tbsp oil and fry tempering seeds till they start spluttering.
4.Peel the skin of brinjal and let it cool,now grind fried green chillies,raw mango chopped 1 cup,salt,brinjal into a smooth paste.
5.Transfer into a bowl and add tempering mixture.Serve with rice...!!!!
