Chamadumpa Majjiga Pulusu


1.Chamadumpalu (Arbi) boiled and peeled 1 cup
2.Butter milk
3.Red chilli powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Curry leaves


1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry chamadumpalu in ghee for 10 minutes till they change in light golden brown colour.Keep stirring without sticking to the bottom of pan.
3.Take a small pan pour 2 tbvsp ghee and melt it.
4.Add 1/2 tbsp vaamu,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well.Add 1 bowl of butter milk and mix well.Boil for 2-3 minutes,add curry leaves and give it a stir.
5.Finally add curd into fried chamadumpalu and serve cold...!!!
