Godhuma Kobbari Appachulu


1.Wheat flour
2.Coconut powder
4.Cardamom powder
5.Jaggery grated
6.Rice flour


1.Take a pan pour some water,1 cup jaggery grated and bring it to boil,prepare jaggery syrup.
2.Take a bowl add equal quantities of rice flour,wheat flour 1 cup and mix well.
3.Add this flour mixture into jaggery syrup and keep stirring without forming any lumps.
4.Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder,2 tbsp coconut powder and mix well.Rest the mixture to cool.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Prepare small dumplings,take a plastic cover and grease some oil.
7.Prepare small size chapathi on it and deep fry.Fry till golden colour.Drain onto a paper napkin.Serve hot..!!!!
