Vegetable Purilu


1.Wheat flour 1 cup
2.Carrot grated 2 tbsp
4.Salt to taste
6.Coriander leaves
7.Bombay ravva
8.Cabbage grated
9.Beans grated
10.Cauliflower grated
12.Ginger green chilli paste


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour 1 cup.2 tbsp carrot grated,1 tbsp cauliflower,1/2 tbsp beans grated,cabbage grated 1/2 tbsp,ginger grated 1/2 tbsp,salt,ajinomoto,butter 1 1/2 tbsp,coriander leaves,ginger green chilli paste 1/2 tbsp mix well all the ingredients evenly with water and prepare a smooth dough.
2.Take a pan add 1 tbsp butter and melt it.
3.Add ginger green chilli paste,cauliflower grated,beans grated,cabbage grated,carrot grated,ajinomoto,salt,bombay ravva 1/2 tbsp and mix well.Fry for few minutes,add coriander leaves.Rest the mixture to cool.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small dumplings from the fried mixture and set aside.
5.Roll them into puris by stuffing the fried balls,dusting flour and deep fry.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot...!!!!
