1.Bread (Buns)
2.Coriander powder
3.Cumin powder
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Boiled chana
6.Onion chopped
7.Mustard seeds
8.Red chilli powder
9.Tomato puree
10.Cumin seeds
11.Garam masala powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Garlic cloves
15.Green chillies
16.Onion paste
18.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin/mustard seeds 1 tbsps,roughly mashed ginger garlic 1 tbsp,tomato puree 1 tbsp,onion paste 2 tbsp and saute for few minutes.
3.Add a pinch coriander powder,1/2 tbsp garam masala powder,red chilli powder 1/4 tbsp,soaked and boiled chana 1 cup,salt to taste and mix well all the ingredients.Cover and cook for few minutes.
4.Take bread slices(Buns) cut into 2 halves,grease pudina chutney and set aside.
5.Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and give it a fine mix.
6.Now place the curry on top of buns and enclose another.Toast them in a toaster for 5 minutes till done.Serve hot..!!!
